Since 2009, MAN Community has been a trusted name in education and care — delivering specialized interventions for children with intellectual disabilities, Community-based programs, and Mental health, operating a dedicated De-addiction Canter and Psychiatrist Hospital, and, since 2021-22, offering comprehensive training and degree programs in Special Education and Clinical Psychology to nurture skilled, compassionate professionals.

Dr. B. B. Singh, Founder President of MAN College of Special Education and Psychological Studies, is a retired Veterinary Surgeon whose vision and compassion have shaped the institution from its inception. With a lifelong dedication to social welfare, he founded MAN Society to address pressing issues in mental health, rehabilitation, and inclusive education. His leadership has been pivotal in transforming a vision into a vibrant institution that blends academic excellence with service to society. At the heart of this journey stands Smt. Kailashwati, the source of inspiration for MAN Society. It was her compassionate thinking and belief in community service that motivated the family to dedicate themselves to the cause of social upliftment. Her values of empathy, resilience, and inclusion continue to inspire the institution. Together, they laid the foundation for MAN College, nurturing professionals who combine knowledge, integrity, and a spirit of service.

Mrs. Sangeeta Singh Bhati

Ms. Sangeeta Singh Bhati, Secretary of MAN College of Special Education and Psychological Studies, combines academic expertise with deep social commitment and visionary leadership. With an M.A. in History and an MSW, she has dedicated her career to meaningful social change. A former Member of the Child Welfare Committee, Guna, she has contributed significantly to safeguarding child rights and advancing welfare initiatives. Her work spans mental disability, de-addiction, women’s empowerment, and child welfare. Guided by her belief in education as transformation, she steers MAN College towards academic excellence, professional training, and compassionate service, inspiring socially responsible future professionals.

Dr. Rajendra Singh Bhati

DPM-NIMHANS (Psychiatrist)

What began as a compassionate initiative during postgraduate training at NIMHANS, Bangalore, blossomed into MAN Society—an institution dedicated to transforming mental health care in India. Founded by Dr. Rajendra Singh Bhati in 2001, the Society breaks down stigma while delivering evidence-based treatment, rehabilitation, and hope. Under his visionary leadership, MAN Society has established specialized academic programs to cultivate skilled, empathetic professionals who carry forward his belief that education is the most powerful tool for societal change. Dr. Bhati envisions a future where mental health is universally recognized as a cornerstone of healthy, resilient communities.
